I joined Windermere's Mercer Island office in 1993 following my 13-year career as a real estate paralegal for a downtown Seattle law firm. First licensed in 1980, I subsequently earned an Associate Broker's license as well as Relocation Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist designations in order to provide the best representation available to buyers and sellers.

Growing up in Seattle and residing on Mercer Island since 1986 has afforded me the opportunity to become very knowledgeable about the Greater Seattle area and to qualify as a Windermere Premier Properties Director in the Mercer Island market.

The level of direct accessibility and service that I provide to my clients is second to none.

I have 14 years experience listing and selling homes, new construction and investment properties on Mercer Island and Puget Sound area. As an Accredited Staging Professional with knowledge of interior design, space planning and property staging I can help ensure you maximum sales potential. I am also an Associate Broker, Assistant Manager and part of the "Standards of Practice" team for the Eastside offices.

I have lived on the Eastside since 1975 and Mercer Island for 25 yrs. During this time I have remodeled 7 homes, built a new home and owned several rental properties. Coupled with my real estate experience and knowledge, this gives me the edge in many types of transactions. I am energetic, principled and candid.
